Le criticità del Sistema di Dublino e le conseguenze sulla crisi europea dei migranti

The thesis deals with the European route for the regulation of immigration. In particular we talk about the various changes and problems of the Dublin System and the consequences that these have had on some European States during the migrant crisis.

La tesi tratta del percorso europeo per la regolamentazione dell'immigrazione. In particolare si parlerà dei vari cambiamenti e delle problematiche del Sistema di Dublino e delle conseguenze che quest'ultime hanno avuto su alcuni stati europei durante la crisi dei migranti.
