Progettazione e sviluppo di un’architettura a container per l’integrazione di algoritmi di manutenzione predittiva

The following paper illustrates the Simple project, a project that involves several companies with the aim of creating a platform that allows the execution of predictive maintenance algorithms. Initially, the context in which these types of projects are born will be provided, in which the concepts of industry 4.0 and predictive maintenance and their respective applications will be introduced. A presentation of the project will be made and then go on to deepen its structure, and then move on to the integration of the prediction algorithms within the platform and the analysis of the tools that have been used. Finally, tests will be carried out to verify the stability and properties of the platform.

Il seguente elaborato illustra il progetto Simple, un progetto che coinvolge diverse aziende con lo scopo di creare una piattaforma che permetta l’esecuzione di algoritmi di manutenzione predittiva. Inizialmente verrà fornito il contesto in cui nascono questi tipi di progetto, in cui verranno introdotti i concetti di industria 4.0 e manutenzione predittiva e le rispettive applicazioni. Verrà effettuata una presentazione del progetto per poi andare ad approfondire la sua struttura, per poi passare all’integrazione degli algoritmi di predizione all’interno della piattaforma e all’analisi degli strumenti che sono stati utilizzati. Infine verranno effettuati dei test per verificare la stabilità e le proprietà della piattaforma.
