The main topic of this thesis is the renovation and redevelopment of a sports complex equipped with tennis courts located in the municipality of Pesaro, in the Baia Flaminia area, more precisely in Piazzale Europa 15. The described project was initiated and completed during the training internship period held from the beginning of October 2021 until May 2022 in the professional office of Geometra Danilo Carnali, with whom I elaborated the design of the work and followed step by step the work on site. Specifically, the following paper will address: an introduction regarding the motivations that prompted the owners to undertake this renovation path, it will then follow a first part of general survey of the plot of land, concerning the external and internal measurements of the building followed later by the project that has been divided into two parts, the first concerning the redevelopment and arrangement of new tennis courts in the outdoor area, the second instead will deal with the renovation for internal and perspective changes of the building used as a "Club House" that is a structure having refreshment space and locker rooms for those who attend the sports complex. Various software was used for the successful completion of the project: Autocad for the architectural design and Archicad for renders. In addition, topographical tools were needed to carry out the exterior and interior survey.
La presente tesi ha per argomento principale la ristrutturazione e la riqualificazione di un complesso sportivo attrezzato con campi da tennis situato nel comune di Pesaro, in zona Baia Flaminia, più precisamente in Piazzale Europa 15. Il progetto descritto è stato iniziato e portato a termine durante il periodo di tirocinio formativo svolto dagli inizi di ottobre 2021 fino a maggio 2022 nello studio professionale del Geometra Danilo Carnali, con cui ho elaborato la progettazione dell’opera e seguito passo dopo passo le lavorazioni in cantiere. Nello specifico, nel corso del seguente documento si andrà ad affrontare: un’introduzione riguardante le motivazioni che hanno spinto i proprietari ad intraprendere questo percorso di ristrutturazioni, seguirà poi una prima parte di rilievo generale dell’appezzamento di terreno, riguardante le misurazioni esterne ed interne al fabbricato seguite successivamente dal progetto che è stato diviso in due stralci, il primo riguardante la riqualificazione e sistemazione di nuovi campi da tennis nell’area esterna, il secondo invece tratterà la ristrutturazione per modifiche interne e prospettiche dell’edificio adibito a “Club House” ovvero una struttura avente spazio ristoro e spogliatoi per coloro che frequentano il complesso sportivo. Per la riuscita del progetto sono stati utilizzati vari software: Autocad per il progetto architettonico e Archicad per i render. In più sono stati necessari strumenti topografici per lo svolgimento del rilievo esterno ed interno.
