Porting di un'applicazione RESTful in ambiente cloud-native utilizzando tecnologie Docker e Kubernetes

In this last few years the cloud environment has become increasingly important for companies of any sector, as, offering computer models and services suitable for their needs, it allows you to focus on the main activities. In this thesis the methodologies and technologies used, by the software manufacturers, for the development of cloud applications, have been studied. In particular, the porting of an application in the native cloud environment to know, in theoretical and practical terms, the advantages of this approach was created.

In quest'ultimi anni l'ambiente cloud è diventato sempre più importante per le aziende di qualsiasi settore, in quanto, offrendo modelli e servizi informatici adatti alle loro esigenze, permette di concentrarsi nelle attività principali. In questa tesi sono state studiate le metodologie e le tecnologie utilizzate, dalle aziende produttrici di software, per lo sviluppo di applicativi su cloud. In particolare, è stato realizzato il porting di un'applicazione in ambiente cloud native per conoscere, in termini teorici e pratici, i vantaggi di questo approccio.
