IL MIGLIORAMENTO DELL'EFFICIENZA PRODUTTIVA TRAMITE LA STANDARDIZZAZIONE DELLE MATERIE PRIME

In this thesis the company will initially be described, the various divisions and the finished products that characterize it and then continue with the raw materials used and the various production processes and the various machines used for sheet metal processing. The central part of this paper will be the project carried out in the company which aims to limit the variability of raw materials with consequent improvement both in production and costs.

In questa tesi sarà inizialmente descritta l'azienda, le varie divisioni e i prodotti finiti che la caratterizzano per poi proseguire con le materie prime utilizzate e i vari processi produttivi e le varie macchine utilizzate per la lavorazione di lamiere. La parte centrale di questo elaborato sarà il progetto eseguito in azienda che ha l’obiettivo di limitare la variabilità delle materie prime con conseguente miglioramento sia nella produzione sia nei costi.
