This thesis analyzes the behavior of consumers as a result after the covid-19 pandemic. It is found that the consumer looks out carefully when it comes to choose a product. We felt pressured also on our daily life to depend on technologies to continue working safe from home, implementing methods such ad smart working and shopping online.
Questa tesi vuole analizzare il comportamento dei consumatori in conseguenza alla pandemia da Covid-19. Troviamo un consumatore più attento alle proprie scelte nei confronti dei prodotti. La pandemia ci ha portato ad una rapida digitalizzazione implementando lo smart workink e lo shopping online.
