La valorizzazione del P.D.T.A. del paziente affetto da ICTUS ischemico

The thesis provides an overview of the principles and dynamics of Activity Based Costing (ABC), Time Driven Activity Based Costing (TDABC) and Value Based Healthcare (VBHC) and, in its experimental application development, which concerned the enhancement of PDTA of the patient suffering from ischemic stroke in use at the Marche University Hospital, carried out the task of accurately determining the costs of the majority of the complete care pathways configurable on the basis of the PDTA in use, laying the foundations for subsequent implementation of the methods envisaged by the TDABC and by the VBHC through the setting, by the Company, of the efficiency indicators and a plan for measuring the results of the complete care pathways both by the healthcare personnel and by the patients.

La tesi traccia una panoramica sui principi e sulle dinamiche dell’Activity Based Costing (ABC), del Time Driven Activity Based Costing (TDABC) e del Value Based Healthcare (VBHC) e, nel suo sviluppo applicativo sperimentale, che ha riguardato la valorizzazione del PDTA del paziente affetto da Ictus ischemico in uso presso l’Azienda Ospedaliero-Universitaria delle Marche, ha svolto il compito di determinare con accuratezza i costi della maggioranza dei percorsi assistenziali completi configurabili sulla base del PDTA in uso, ponendo le basi per la successiva implementazione delle metodiche previste dal TDABC e dal VBHC mediante l’impostazione, da parte dell’Azienda, degli indicatori di efficienza e di un piano per la misurazione dei risultati dei percorsi assistenziali completi sia da parte del personale sanitario che da parte dei pazienti.
