The aim of this paper is to illustrate how a laser gap and flush triangulation device has been calibrated. The latter, which will be defined in more detail later, is a tool now widespread in several sectors such as automotive, household appliance and aeronautics. The name Gap and Flash defines how this system measures, that is, gap indicates the measurement of the distance between two adjacent panels and flush the measurement of the step existing between the two panels. The central body of the report exposes the actual calibration program, previously illustrated in a theoretical way and then move on to the practical case. In the following chapters we explain in detail the tools used and comment on why some choices were taken rather than others. Some parts of it will be illustrated and argued to better understand what types of studies have been done to reach the conclusion. The last part of the paper refers to the organization of the activities of the calibration process through Microsoft Projet, a software very useful for the organization of the activities carried out or to be carried out by a company and fundamental tool for cost management, for the verification of working time and for the allocation of resources.

Abstract
The last part of the paper refers to the organization of the activities of the calibration process through Microsoft Projet, a software very useful for the organization of the activities carried out or to be carried out by a company and fundamental tool for cost management, for the verification of working time and for the allocation of resources.File | Dimensione | Formato | |
