Criticità del sistema manageriale attuale e prospettive sostenibili

The purpose of this thesis is to analyze the characteristics of the current managerial category and aims to do so in the following way: The first chapter focuses on the critical issues and transformations that have affected the role of the manager over the past three decades, while the second chapter deals with the issues of sustainable organizational management perspectives.

La qui presente tesi ha l’obiettivo di analizzare le caratteristiche dell’attuale categoria manageriale e si propone di farlo nel seguente modo: all’interno del primo capitolo si pone l’attenzione sulle criticità e sulle trasformazioni che hanno riguardato il ruolo del manager negli ultimi trent’anni, mentre nel secondo viene trattata la tematica delle prospettive della gestione organizzativa sostenibile.
