La gestione finanziaria dei fondi pensione e l'applicazione di politiche d'investimento ESG: un confronto internazionale

The aim of the thesis is to analyze the Italian pension fund market, starting from the main legislative stages that involved it and its current state in terms of membership and managed resources, then analyzing in detail the financial management of the invested resources and making a comparison in terms of investment portfolios with the main pension funds in the world in terms of assets under management. Then will be analyzed the integration of ESG criteria by Italian and foreign pension funds in their investments will then be analyzed, trying to understand which nations are implementing sustainable investments the most in their supplementary pension market

Lo scopo dell'elaborato è di analizzare il mercato dei fondi pensione italiano, partendo dalle principali tappe legislative che l'hanno coinvolto e dal suo stato attuale in termini di adesioni e risorse gestite, analizzando poi nel dettaglio la gestione finanziaria delle risorse investite e facendo un confronto in termini di portafogli titoli con i principali fondi pensione al mondo per patrimonio gestito. Verrà poi analizzata l'integrazione dei criteri ESG da parte dei fondi pensioni italiani ed esteri nei loro investimenti cercando di capire quali nazioni stiano implementando maggiormente gli investimenti sostenibili nel loro mercato della previdenza complementare.
