Studio e sviluppo di un innovativo sistema ERP: il caso Poltrona Frau.

In this thesis we will describe the implementation of an innovative ERP system Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, a management software that allows the integration of various relevant business processes, such as warehouse management, bill of materials, finance, sales and purchasing. This project will be examined within Poltrona Frau, a medium-sized company active in the high-end furniture sector based in Tolentino, in the Marche region. In particular, some of the functions concerning the Engineering department, which deals with product engineering, will be analysed, as well as how this will interface with other departments for issues concerning the transition to the new software.

In questa tesi si descriverà l’implementazione di un innovativo sistema ERP Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, un software gestionale che permette di integrare i vari processi aziendali di maggiore rilevanza, come ad esempio la gestione del magazzino, la realizzazione delle distinte base, la finanza, le vendite e gli acquisti. Tale progetto sarà esaminato all’interno dell’azienda Poltrona Frau, una media impresa attiva nel settore dell’arredamento di alta gamma con sede a Tolentino, nelle Marche. Si andranno ad analizzare, in particolare, alcune delle funzioni riguardanti il reparto Engineering, il quale si occupa dell’ingegnerizzazione del prodotto, e di come questo si andrà ad interfacciare con altri reparti per questioni riguardanti il passaggio al nuovo software.
