In this analysis we study the ''Compliant Mechanism'', flexible hinges that are replacing the classic kinematic couples. These represent efficient solutions as they are composed of a single piece, optimizing the economic and construction aspect. The aim of the analysis is to test the 3D printed ''Compliant Mechanism'' through bending tests, analyze their deformability and outline their limits to have a complete picture of the static and kinematic characteristics.
In questa analisi si studiano i ‘’Compliant Mechanism’’, cerniere flessibili che stanno sostituendo le classiche coppie cinematiche. Questi rappresentano soluzioni efficienti in quanto composti da un unico pezzo ottimizzando l’aspetto economico e costruttivo. Lo scopo dell’analisi è quello di testare i ‘’Compliant Mechanism’’ stampati in 3D attraverso prove di flessione, analizzarne la deformabilità e delinearne i limiti per avere un quadro completo delle caratteristiche statiche e cinematiche.
