The objective of this survey is to be able to demonstrate how much difference there is between real and perceived risk, try to understand the reasons for it, and provide a set of directions for better training provision. The survey was divided into 3 different phases that occupied between design, provision and data analysis about 8 months between May 2022 and December 2022. The survey consisted of 3 phases: 1) composition of a single class for a total of 35 workers. taking them proportionally to the total number of workers in the individual 3 companies considered. 2) provision of training, after 1 month a check was made of how much they remembered, thus establishing how effective the training provisioned had been, 3) provision of a second training with psychological supports, interactions and stimulation/reinforcement, after 1 month a new check was made of how much they remembered, thus establishing how effective the second training provisioned had been.
L’obiettivo della presente indagine è quello di riuscire a dimostrare quanta differenza ci sia tra rischio reale e rischio percepito, cercare di comprenderne i motivi e fornire una serie di indicazioni per una migliore erogazione della formazione. L’indagine è stata divisa in 3 fasi diverse che hanno occupato tra progettazione, erogazione e analisi dei dati circa 8 mesi tra Maggio 2022 e Dicembre 2022. L’indagine si compone di 3 fasi: 1) composizione di una classe unica per un totale di 35 lavoratori. prelevandoli in maniera proporzionale al numero totale di lavoratori nelle singole 3 aziende prese in considerazione. 2) erogazione della formazione, dopo 1 mese è stata effettuata una verifica di quanto ricordassero, stabilendo in questo modo quanto fosse stata efficace la formazione erogata, 3) erogazione di una seconda formazione con supporti psicologici, interazioni e stimoli/rinforzi, dopo 1 mese è stata effettuata una nuova verifica di quanto ricordassero, stabilendo in questo modo quanto fosse stata efficace la seconda formazione erogata.
