Ri-Abitare San Clemente Un albergo diffuso per il riuso degli spazi storici abbandonati

The thesis deals with the dynamics of tourism following the pandemic and the desire to recover and enhance the value of historic villages, increasingly affected by the phenomenon of abandonment. An answer to this can be the realization of an albergo diffuso in such a way as to use unused spaces and integrate them with existing activities and qualities of the territory for a parallel promotion of the village and its products. In particular, the project proposal deals with the historical center of San Clemente, a municipality in the Province of Rimini, reusing the different environments present inside and near the city walls. It deepens the dynamics of the spaces of the rectory and the parish center, providing new services for the new system and citizens.

La tesi tratta delle dinamiche del turismo a seguito della pandemia e della volontà di recuperare e valorizzare i borghi storici, sempre più colpiti dal fenomeno dell'abbandono. Una risposta a ciò, può essere la realizzazione di un albergo diffuso in modo tale da impiegare gli spazi non utilizzati ed integrarli con le attività esistenti e le qualità del territorio per una parallela promozione del borgo e dei suoi prodotti. In particolare, la proposta progettuale si occupa del centro storico di San Clemente, comune in Provincia di Rimini, riutilizzando i diversi ambienti presenti all'interno e in prossimità della cinta muraria. Si approfondiscono le dinamiche degli spazi della canonica e del centro parrocchiale, fornendo nuovi servizi per la nuova messa a sistema e i cittadini.
