PIANIFICAZIONE DI UNA INFRASTRUTTURA VERDE A FAVORE DEGLI IMPOLLINATORI NEL COMUNE DI ALTIDONA (FM)

This work, taking inspiration from a small municipality in the Marche Region and using scientific articles and specific software, intends to provide useful indications to municipal administrations to build or improve green infrastructure consistently with regulatory and administrative tools at national and regional level. Following the analysis of the territory, at a pedoclimatic, regulatory and ecological level, the REL - Local Ecological Network is constructed, in which the objectives to be promoted are defined with the related actions and measures to be implemented, and the potential of the territory is defined through the pilot, urban and extra-urban areas. Consistent with the REL, the final indications aim to achieve the general objective of improving the quality of ecosystem services provided by green infrastructure, with particular attention to the ecosystem service of pollination; these indications may be implemented through appropriate changes in the General Town Plan and, above all, through the drafting of a Green Plan.

Il presente lavoro, prendendo spunto da un piccolo comune marchigiano e utilizzando articoli scientifici e appositi software, intende fornire indicazioni utili alle amministrazioni comunali per costruire o migliorare l’infrastruttura verde coerentemente con gli strumenti normativi e amministrativi di livello nazionale e regionale. In seguito all’analisi del territorio, a livello pedoclimatico, normativo ed ecologico, viene costruita la REL – Rete Ecologica Locale, in cui vengono definiti gli obiettivi da perseguire con le relative azioni e misure da attuare, e vengono definite le potenzialità del territorio attraverso le aree pilota, urbana ed extraurbana. Coerentemente con la REL le indicazioni finali mirano al raggiungimento dell’obiettivo generale di migliorare la qualità dei servizi ecosistemici forniti dall’infrastruttura verde, con particolare attenzione al servizio ecosistemico dell’impollinazione; tali indicazioni potranno essere recepite mediante opportune modifiche nel Piano Regolatore Generale e, soprattutto, mediante la redazione di un Piano del Verde.
