This thesis examines the energy redevelopment of a semi-detached building, taking advantage of the regulations of the Superbonus 110%. This incentive, introduced by the Relaunch Decree of 19 May 2020, aims to improve the energy efficiency of Italian buildings through tax deductions equal to 110% of the expenses incurred for specific interventions. The thesis also analyses the economic impact of Superbonus 110% on the Italian economy, highlighting how it has stimulated significant investments in the construction and renewable energy sector. Through a detailed case study, the thesis demonstrates how Superbonus 110% regulations can be effectively applied for the energy redevelopment of buildings, offering a replicable model for similar interventions on a national scale.
La presente tesi esamina la riqualificazione energetica di un edificio bifamiliare, sfruttando le normative del Superbonus 110%. Questo incentivo, introdotto dal Decreto Rilancio del 19 maggio 2020, mira a migliorare l'efficienza energetica degli edifici italiani attraverso detrazioni fiscali pari al 110% delle spese sostenute per interventi specifici. La tesi, inoltre analizza l'impatto economico del Superbonus 110% sull'economia italiana, evidenziando come abbia stimolato investimenti significativi nel settore edilizio e delle energie rinnovabili. Attraverso un caso studio dettagliato, la tesi dimostra come le normative del Superbonus 110% possano essere applicate efficacemente per la riqualificazione energetica degli edifici, offrendo un modello replicabile per interventi simili su scala nazionale.
