Simulazione e ottimizzazione dei processi produttivi nel settore calzaturiero: il caso Gallucci Srl

The aim of this thesis is analysing the Italian’s footwear sector, with a specific focus on the marchigian firms and on their storical, structural and technological evolution. Through the case study of Gallucci Srl, a Fermo’s small shoe factory, the footwear production process is illustred, enphasizing the challenges and the opportunities for firms that work in increasingly competitive market and that must satisfy the needs of consumers increasingly demanding.

Questa tesi si propone di analizzare in dettaglio il settore calzaturiero italiano, con un focus specifico sulle imprese marchigiane e sulla loro evoluzione storica, strutturale e tecnologica. Attraverso il caso studio del calzaturificio Gallucci Srl, un piccolo calzaturificio familiare fermano, viene illustrato il processo produttivo delle calzature, enfatizzando le sfide e le opportunità che emergono per le aziende che operano in un mercato sempre più competitivo e che devono soddisfare i bisogni di clienti sempre più esigenti.
