The thesis will examine the use of inclusive marketing as a tool to create value within a company. The characteristics of inclusive marketing and related tools will be covered, in particular brand activism, ethical marketing and CRM as well as case studies that highlight critical and positive aspects of its application.
La tesi esamina il ricorso al marketing inclusivo come strumento per creare valore all'interno di un'azienda.Verranno trattate le caratteristiche del marketing inclusivo e gli strumenti relativi,in particolare il brand activism,il marketing etico e il CRM oltre a case studies che mettono in evidenza aspetti critici e positivi della sua applicazione.
