The purpose of this thesis is to analyze the nDPI functionality and its performance on Aethra Telecommuni- cations devices based on the ATOS operating system. After a first part theory we will proceed with the study and evaluation of some tests on the network traffic and then conclude with an application scenario.
Scopo di questa tesi `e analizzare la funzionalit`a dell’applicazione nDPI e le performance di questa su apparati Aethra Telecommuni- cations basati su sistema operativo ATOS. Dopo una prima parte teorica si proceder`a con lo studio e la valutazione di alcuni test sul traffico di rete per poi concludere con uno scenario applicativo.
