Objective: This work explores the educational, organizational, and methodological aspects of a residential course titled “Neurodynamics in Neuro-Musculoskeletal Disorders of the Upper Limb”. The course objectives were designed based on the Dublin Descriptors, adapted to the context of continuing Medical Education (ECM) and aligned with institutional procedures. Methodology: Each learning objective was matched with a specific outcome indicator. The course involved physiatrists and physiotherapists from Rehabilitation Medicine departments across the province of Rimini, employing lesson plans and a variety of teaching methods with an emphasis on alternating approaches. Evaluation covered course content, teaching effectiveness, materials, learning environment, organization, and participant satisfaction. Results: Average satisfaction scores (ranging from 2.57 to 2.93 out of 3.00) reflected high training effectiveness, with particular appreciation for the instructor’s expertise and the positive learning climate. The Pros&Cons model highlighted participants’ desire for a greater number of clinical cases to support learning. Conclusions: The experience confirmed the overall quality of the training intervention, while also indicating areas for improvement, especially regarding the adequacy of supporting materials.
