ABSTRACT This thesis explores strategic methodologies for creating a profitable startup, grounded in real entrepreneurial experiences and lessons learned from two startup projects: Vinetki Life and Taza-Suu. The study investigates how lean strategies, customer validation, MVP development, and iterative business modeling help overcome early-stage challenges and lead to sustainable business growth. Vinetki Life, launched in 2021, introduced augmented reality (AR) school photo albums in Kyrgyzstan, integrating multimedia content via QR codes. The project tackled issues in quality, printing logistics, and customer acquisition, successfully scaling through influencer marketing and school partnerships. Taza-Suu, initiated in 2022, aimed to solve the issue of poor tap water quality by providing affordable clean water through vending machines. Starting with a grant, the project reached hundreds of consumers daily and highlighted the operational, financial, and social impact of sustainable innovation. In addition, the thesis reflects on the author’s role as an acceleration analyst at Accelerate Prosperity, gaining insights into startup investment readiness, market analysis, and strategic planning. 5 Through qualitative case studies and theoretical frameworks, the thesis offers practical guidelines for entrepreneurs seeking to build scalable, impactful businesses in emerging markets.
