Ambiente e generazioni future: Costituzione, Unione europea e azione giovanile

"Environment and future generations: Constitution, European Union and youth action" addresses the issue of environmental protection, which is today regarded as one of the fundamental challenges for safeguarding humanity’s future. The analysis develops along three dimensions: the provisions of the Italian Constitution, the legal and political framework of the European Union, and finally, the initiatives promoted by younger generations, with particular attention to some of the most significant actions undertaken for the protection of the environment.

"Ambiente e generazioni future: Costituzione, Unione europea e azione giovanile" affronta il tema della tutela ambientale, oggi considerata una delle sfide fondamentali per garantire il futuro dell'umanità. L'analisi si sviluppa su tre piani: il riferimento alla Costituzione italiana, il quadro normativo e politico dell'Unione europea e, infine, le iniziative promosse dalle giovani generazioni, con particolare attenzione ad alcune delle cause più significative intraprese per la salvaguardia dell'ambiente.
