Architetture RAG - Retrival Augmented Generation

This thesis aims to examine the feasibility of implementing a RAG system with open-source systems and within tight deadlines. It first provides a general overview of what RAG architectures are and the innovative path taken to achieve this result, then focuses on the actual design and implementation of one of these architectures with limited resources and on a dataset concerning the Marche region.

Questa tesi mira ad esaminare la fattibilità d'implementazione di un sistema RAG con sistemi open-source e in tempi stringenti. Offre prima una panoramica generale su cosa sono le architetture RAG e il percorso innovativo effettuato per arrivare a questo risultato, successivamente poi si concentra sulla progettazione e implementazione vera e propria di uno di queste architetture con risorse ridotte e su un dataset riguardante la della regione Marche.
