La presente tesi analizza il sistema della finanza islamica, soffermandosi sui principi giuridici ed etici, sulla sua evoluzione nel tempo e sulle prospettive future di sviluppo nel contesto globale. In particolare, vengono esaminati i fondamenti della legge islamica che regolano le attività finanziarie e i principali contratti adottati dalle istituzioni finanziarie islamiche. Attraverso un'analisi delle principali esperienze internazionali, la ricerca mette in evidenza la crescita del settore e il suo ruolo nei mercati contemporanei. Infine, la tesi approfondisce il legame tra finanza islamica e finanza sostenibile.
