APPLICAZIONE DEI PRINCIPI DELLA LEAN PRODUCTION NELLA PRODUZIONE SU COMMESSA: IL CASO DELLA EST AUTOMAZIONE

The objective of this study is to implement Lean Production principles within a engineer to order manufacturing context, with the aim of identifying key sources of waste and making improvements. Specifically, various analyses of the company's internal processes were conducted to pinpoint the area most affected by waste, the warehouse was identified as this area. Consequently, the 5S method was applied in the warehouse, and a new warehouse management system was implemented using ERP.

L’obiettivo di tale elaborato è l’implementazione dei principi della Lean Production in un contesto di produzione su commessa, con lo scopo di individuare i principali sprechi e apportare miglioramenti. In particolare, sono state svolte molteplici analisi relative ai processi interni dell'azienda volte a individuare l'area maggiormente caratterizzata da sprechi, risultata essere il magazzino. In tale reparto, è stato applicato poi il metodo delle 5S ed è stata implementata una nuova gestione del magazzino tramite ERP.
