This paper explores the organizational and cultural legacy of Adriano Olivetti, highlighting how his business vision anticipated modern Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). Moving beyond the Taylorist model, Olivetti theorized a "capitalism with a human face" that places the worker at the center, making profit an instrument of social elevation for the territory through the concept of "Community". The analysis examines the innovations introduced in Ivrea, such as the "factories of light" and a pioneering integrated welfare system, to then investigate the crisis linked to the electronic transition. Finally, through a comparison with contemporary dynamics and the study of the Loccioni and Aboca business cases, the research demonstrates that the Olivettian model of the "integral enterprise" still represents an essential compass today for combining economic efficiency, innovation, and business ethics.

Abstract
This paper explores the organizational and cultural legacy of Adriano Olivetti, highlighting how his business vision anticipated modern Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). Moving beyond the Taylorist model, Olivetti theorized a "capitalism with a human face" that places the worker at the center, making profit an instrument of social elevation for the territory through the concept of "Community". The analysis examines the innovations introduced in Ivrea, such as the "factories of light" and a pioneering integrated welfare system, to then investigate the crisis linked to the electronic transition. Finally, through a comparison with contemporary dynamics and the study of the Loccioni and Aboca business cases, the research demonstrates that the Olivettian model of the "integral enterprise" still represents an essential compass today for combining economic efficiency, innovation, and business ethics.| File | Dimensione | Formato | |
