Organizzazione dei servizi di salute mentale in emergenza Covid-19

This work is part of the national study that analyzes the methods of providing mental health assistance services and their organization in phase 1 of the Covid 2019 health emergency. It is the first study that allows to map the discomfort lived by the Italian Vast Areas; in particular that of the region under analysis: the Marche. The work was carried out according to the following scheme: 1. in the first place, a historical-critical excursus was conducted on the normative situation of mental health, starting from European dictates, and then moving on to those of Italy and the Marche region; 2. Subsequently, data was collected by means of the telephone administration of authorized questionnaires or by filling it in online. The questionnaire was characterized by the presence of closed and open questions regarding the organization of DSMs and structures during the month of April 2020; 3. then, the extrapolated data were analyzed and documented through pie charts, which revealed common results: hardship, scarcity of economic resources and guidelines to follow, lack of IPR to avoid contagion, and a fundamental disorganization such as to question the actions. Finally, as a final warning, the need for a further more accurate survey than what happened through another study was emphasized.

Il presente lavoro s’inserisce all’interno dello studio nazionale che va ad analizzare le modalità di erogazione dei servizi assistenziali di salute mentale e la loro organizzazione nella fase 1 dell’emergenza sanitaria Covid 2019. È il primo studio che consente di mappare il disagio vissuto dalle Aree Vaste italiane; in particolare quello della regione presa in analisi: le Marche. Il lavoro è stato condotto secondo il seguente schema: 1. in primo luogo, è stato condotto un excursus storico-critico della situazione normativa della salute mentale, partendo dai dettami europei, per poi passare a quelli italiani e della regione Marche; 2. successivamente, si è proceduto alla raccolta dati tramite la somministrazione telefonica di questionari autorizzati oppure conla compilazione online. Il questionario è stato caratterizzato dalla presenza di domande chiuse ed aperte riguardanti l’organizzazione dei DSM e delle strutture durante il mese di aprile 2020; 3. poi, i dati estrapolati sono stati analizzati e documentati tramite grafici a torta, che hanno fatto emergere risultati comuni: disagio, scarsità di risorse economiche e di linee guida da seguire, mancanza di DPI per evitare il contagio, e una disorganizzazione di fondo tale da mettere in discussione gli operati. Infine, si è sottolineato come monito finale la necessità di un’ulteriore rilevazione più puntuale di quanto accaduto tramite altro studio.
