The thesis, inspired by the Agro-Environmental Area Agreement (AAA) of the Municipality of Corinaldo, wished to adhere to the specific call announced by the Marche Region within the measure of the PSR 16.5 Action 1 (PSR-TSDA). This agreement aims to protect the soil and prevent hydrogeological and flood risks and it was from this that we wanted to start to deepen the study within this thesis, to address the triggering causes of hydrogeological instability events within the areas hills of the Marches, then descending the scale in the study area involving four catchments within that of the Misa. This descent of scale at the level of greater detail is accompanied by analyzing first the situation at the level of the related basins, which involve the study area, identified as "Cesano 13" and "Misa 129", within which it was analyzed the distribution of the Homogeneous Areas, then that of the general systems of soils through the mapping of “pedopaesaggi”, of the territorial subsystems identified by the PPAR, of the soil coverings and in order to distribute the Basic Ecological Units (BEU) and the connection systems of regional interest of the Marche Ecological Network (REM). We therefore went further down the scale at the sub-basin level, firstly remodeling the boundaries with respect to those initially provided by the Municipality, so that they could be consistent with the study of weather data and with the study of the landscape. At this spatial level, the distribution of the geological formations and that of the PAI areas, the use of the soil through the Soil Use Map of the Marche Region of 2007 was analyzed and finally the analysis of the meteorological data, collected by the Corinaldo station from 1951 to today. Finally, various cartographic data at local scale and regional regulations were analyzed, with the aim of proposing an update and integration of the PAI and geomorphological cartographies in order to arrive at an integrated knowledge of hydrogeological instability cases. We then wanted to analyze the current knowledge of the management of agro-ecosystems, proposing possible methods to deepen this important type of data, which would lead to a better governance and enhancement of territorial resources. Lastly, we wanted to integrate the study by analyzing some of the interventions proposed within the AAA-TSDA, with particular reference to the potential development of a Local Ecological Network (REL) capable of integrating agronomic needs with ecological-environmental ones.
La tesi, prende spunto dall’Accordo Agroambientale d’Area (AAA) che il Comune di Corinaldo ha voluto costituire aderendo allo specifico bando indetto della Regione Marche all’interno della misura del PSR 16.5 Azione 1 (PSR-TSDA). Tale accordo mira alla tutela del suolo ed alla prevenzione del rischio idrogeologico e di alluvioni e proprio da questo si è voluto partire per approfondire lo studio all’interno di questa tesi, per affrontare le cause scatenanti degli eventi di dissesto idrogeologico all’interno delle aree collinari marchigiane, scendendo poi di scala nell’area di studio che interessa quattro bacini idrografici all’interno di quello del Misa. Questa discesa di scala a livello di un maggiore dettaglio viene accompagnata analizzando prima la situazione a livello dei bacini afferenti, che coinvolgono l’area di studio, identificati come “Cesano 13” e “Misa 129”, all’interno dei quali si è analizzata la distribuzione degli Ambiti Omogenei d’Area, poi quella dei sistemi generali dei suoli attraverso la cartografia dei pedopaesaggi, dei sottosistemi territoriali identificati dal PPAR, delle coperture del suolo ed in fine di come si distribuiscono le Unità Ecologiche Fondamentali (UEF) ed i sistemi di connessione di interesse regionale della Rete Ecologica Marchigiana REM. Si è quindi scesi ulteriormente di scala a livello dei sub-bacini, innanzitutto rimodellandone i confini rispetto a quelli inizialmente fornitici dal Comune, in modo che potessero essere coerenti con lo studio dei dati metereologici e con lo studio del paesaggio. A questo livello spaziale si è analizzata la distribuzione delle formazioni geologiche e quella delle aree PAI, l’uso del suolo attraverso la Carta d’Uso del Suolo della Regione Marche del 2007 ed infine si è fatta l’analisi dei dati metereologici, raccolti dalla stazione di Corinaldo dal 1951 ad oggi. Infine, si sono analizzati vari dati cartografici a scale locale e le normative a livello regionale, con l’intento di proporre un aggiornamento e integrazione delle cartografie del PAI e geomorfologica al fine di arrivare ad una conoscenza integrata dei casi di dissesto idrogeologico. Si è voluta poi analizzare la conoscenza attuale della gestione degli agroecosistemi, proponendo dei possibili metodi per approfondire questa importante tipologia di dati, che porterebbero ad un miglior governo e valorizzazione delle risorse territoriali. Per ultimo si è voluto integrare lo studio analizzando alcuni degli interventi proposti all’interno dell’AAA-TSDA, con particolare riferimento al potenziale sviluppo di una Rete Ecologica Locale (REL) in grado di integrare le esigenze agronomiche con quelle ecologico-ambientali.
