Abstract
The current change in climate is found to be directly related to human activity. Burning fossil fuels, which are the main source of energy upon which our current economic system is based, causes the emission of so-called greenhouse gasses which, trapped in the atmosphere cause the Earth to heat up, leading to the deterioration of the environment. The challenge countries worldwide are already facing is that of maintaining economic growth, while still considering the environment. New techniques that deal with the rising temperatures must be implemented in order to minimize future negative effects.File | Dimensione | Formato | |
