Test sperimentali con forno solare ed analisi delle proprietà termofisiche degli zuccheri utilizzati come accumulo termico

This thesis describes an elaborated data analysis, obtained through experimental tests, carried out through a prototype of a solar oven that uses phase change materials for the accumulation of thermal energy. The tests carried out aim to identify the efficiency of this prototype as well as that of the phase change materials used during the experiments. In addition, the thermophysical properties of sugars used as heat storage are treated.

La presente tesi descrive un elaborato di analisi dati, ricavati attraverso test sperimentali, svolti tramite un prototipo di forno solare che utilizza materiali a cambiamento di fase per l’accumulo di energia termica. I test svolti hanno come obbiettivo quello di individuare l’efficienza di tale prototipo nonché quella dei materiali a cambiamento di fase utilizzati durante le sperimentazioni. Inoltre, vengono trattate le proprietà termofisiche degli zuccheri utilizzati come accumulo termico.
