The 3D printer has all the potential to be able to modify the traditional productive logics of companies in the new panorama of industry 4.0. Prototyping, production, logistics, spare parts must be adapted to this new technology. This work assumes the task of closely observing the 3D printer environment, analyzing strengths and weaknesses, the advantages that are created for companies and understanding how it will evolve in the future.

La stampante 3D ha tutto il potenziale per poter modificare le logiche produttive tradizionali delle imprese nel nuovo panorama dell'industria 4.0. Prototipazione, produzione, logistica, ricambistica, dovranno essere adattate a questa nuova tecnologia. Questo lavoro si assume l'incarico di osservare da vicino l'ambiente della stampante 3D, analizzando punti di forza e punti di debolezza, i vantaggi che vengono creati per le imprese e capire come si evolverà nel futuro.
