Gestione della persona tossicodipendente nell'ambito del servizio territoriale delle dipendenze patologiche

The aim of this study is to describe and demonstrate the importance and relevance of the assistance provided by each professional in the Territorial Service of Pathological Addictions to persons who are dependent. To this end, this thesis deals with the management of the drug addict at the Pesaro Territorial Service. On the basis of the definition of the concept of drug dependence and the description of the main drugs and their side effects, an analysis of the epidemiological data relating to the province of Pesaro and Urbino was carried out, from the year 2012 to the year 2018. The data were derived from the accesses made at the Operational Units of Urbino, Fossombrone, Pesaro and Fano, analyzing the number of patients, highlighting the gender, age range and type of dependency most present. The thesis also included data on the European Union, concerning the most consumed drug and the most affected age group, relating to the position of Italy in drug addiction in Europe. Finally, after describing the Service of Pesaro, listed the activities that are guaranteed and the services, the study focused on the phases that concern the taking charge of the user, until its reintegration into the socio-spherework, illustrating the various figures that make up the multidisciplinary team. We wanted to highlight how the assistance provided is focused on the assisted and how each professional works in synergy with his colleagues to achieve a better result. Such deepening was possible thanks to the study of the protocols found near the service of Pesaro, part of the Unique Regional Health Company of the Extensive Area 1 and through the consultation of the literature available on the Internet.

L’obiettivo di questo studio è descrivere e dimostrare l’importanza e la rilevanza dell’assistenza, erogata da ciascun professionista presente nel Servizio Territoriale delle Dipendenze Patologiche, nei confronti di persone che hanno una dipendenza. A tale scopo, in questa tesi viene trattata la gestione della persona tossicodipendente presso il Servizio Territoriale di Pesaro. Partendo dalla definizione del concetto di tossicodipendenza e dalla descrizione delle principali droghe e dei loro effetti collaterali, è stata effettuata un’analisi dei dati epidemiologici, relativa alla provincia di Pesaro e Urbino, dall’anno 2012 all’anno 2018. I dati sono stati ricavati dagli accessi effettuati presso le Unità Operative di Urbino, Fossombrone, Pesaro e Fano, analizzando il numero di assistiti, evidenziando il sesso, la fascia d’età e il tipo di dipendenza maggiormente presente. Nella tesi sono stati riportati anche i dati relativi all’Unione Europea, riguardanti la droga più consumata e la fascia d’età più colpita, rapportandoli alla posizione dell’Italia nelle tossicodipendenze in sede europea. Infine, dopo aver descritto il Servizio di Pesaro, elencato le attività che vengono garantite ed i servizi, si è concentrato lo studio sulle fasi che riguardano la presa in carico dell’utente, fino al suo reinserimento in ambito socio-lavorativo, illustrando le varie figure che compongono l’equipe multidisciplinare. Si è voluto evidenziare come l’assistenza erogata sia incentrata sull’assistito e come ogni professionista lavora in sinergia con i propri colleghi per ottenere un risultato migliore. Tale approfondimento è stato possibile grazie allo studio dei protocolli reperiti presso il servizio di Pesaro, facente parte dell’Azienda Sanitaria Unica Regionale dell’Area Vasta 1 e attraverso la consultazione della letteratura reperibile in Internet.
