Evaluation of the comfort of a school located in the province of Ancona. In particular, was verified the correct application of the minimum environmental criteria issued in 2017. The thesis work had the objective of verifying specially all the thermo-hygrometric and acoustic comfort in school environments. This is happened through the creation of a detailed 3D model of the school complex on DesignBuilder and at last with on-site acoustic tests. A detailed model, in plant systems and construction, allowed the launch of energy simulations that could evaluate the building's annual and daily consumption. Once all the necessary consumption had been obtained, they were compared with those required by law. The final result was compliance with the minimum environmental criteria for about 85%.
Valutazione del comfort di una scuola sita nella provincia di Ancona. In particolare si è verificata la corretta applicazione dei criteri ambientali minimi emanati nel 2017. Il lavoro di tesi ha avuto l'obiettivo di verificare soprattutto il comfort termo-igrometrico ed acustico negli ambienti scolastici. Questo è avvenuto mediante la realizzazione di un modello 3D dettagliato del plesso scolastico su DesignBuilder ed infine con prove acustiche in sito. Un modello dettagliato sia dal punto di vista impiantistico che costruttivo, ha permesso il lancio di simulazioni energetiche che potessero valutare i consumi annuali e giornalieri dell'edificio. Una volta ottenuti tutti i consumi necessari, sono stati confrontati con quelli da normativa. Il risultato finale è stato il rispetto dei criteri ambientali minimi per circa l'85%.
