Background: It is becoming increasingly important to deepen and acquire the communication skills established between patients, family members and healthcare professionals in the care processes. Through the review of the literature analyzed and in various selected articles emerges how the use of words and the knowledge of advanced communication skills are of fundamental importance to create an effective relationship between the protagonists of the various healthcare settings. Objectives: Detect and deepen what are the necessary communication tools to acquire in order to get a good care relationship. Materials and Methods: the literature review was done through PubMed, Science Direct, Google Scholar and Nurse Online. The PICO formulated for the literature research is as follows: Population: Nurses and assisted Intervention: Care relationship Comparison: - Outcome: Importance of the relationship. Results: Excluding the duplicates, taking as reference the literature of the last 5 years and 1 year and applying various filters including: human, english, adult and free full text, 623 articles were found and 10 were selected because they were more relevant to the subject matter. Conclusions: The articles analyzed all agree on how fundamental the communication between nurses and patients is to create an effective care setting, which provides for the direct involvement of patients and family members with a view to empower and self-empower. Also, it emerges how central the communicative training of nursing students in the approach to the assisted is.
Background: Diviene sempre più rilevante approfondire ed acquisire le competenze comunicative che si instaurano tra pazienti, familiari e sanitari nei processi di cura. Attraverso la revisione della letteratura analizzata, nei vari articoli selezionati, emerge come sia di fondamentale importanza l’uso delle parole, la conoscenza di competenze avanzate comunicative per creare un efficace relazione tra i protagonisti dei vari setting di cura. Obiettivi: Rilevare ed approfondire quali siano gli strumenti comunicativi necessari da acquisire al fine di ottenere una buona relazione di cura. Materiali e metodi: La revisione della letteratura è stata effettuata attraverso PubMed, Science Direct, Google Scholar ed Infermiere Online. Il PICO formulato per la ricerca della letteratura è il seguente: Popolazione: Infermieri ed assistiti Intervento: Relazione di cura Confronto: - Outcome: Importanza della relazione. Risultati: Escludendo i duplicati, prendendo in riferimento la letteratura degli ultimi 5 anni e 1 anno, applicando vari filtri tra i quali: human, english, adult e free full text sono stati reperiti 623 articoli e ne sono stati selezionati un totale di 10 per maggior pertinenza all’argomento trattato. Conclusioni: Gli articoli presi in considerazione in questa revisione della letteratura sono concordi su quanto sia fondamentale la comunicazione tra infermiere ed assistiti per la creazione di un setting di cura efficace, che preveda un coinvolgimento diretto dei pazienti e dei familiari in un’ottica di empowerment e self-empowerment. Altresì emerge come sia centrale anche il passaggio della formazione comunicativa degli studenti in infermieristica nell’approccio all’assistito.
