Analisi degli effetti della pandemia di SARS-Covid2 sulle attività portuali e aeroportuali

The thesis analyzes the effects of the Sars-Covid2 pandemic on the emission of pollutants deriving from airport activities and land mobility. In particular, the cities of Bari and Brindisi are examined and the pollutants emissions before and during the pandemic are compared; through the data provided by the companies taken as a case study, the external costs attributable to air pollution, climate change and noise pollution are calculated. The fundamental calculation is the analysis of the various d.p.c.m issued by the government to limit the spread of Sars-Covid2, which had consequences both on the number of passengers passing through the airports and on the capacity of public transport. The results are then compared to analyse whether there have been any real reductions in external costs attributable to the various types of pollution I have analysed.

La tesi analizza gli effetti della pandemia di Sars-Covid2 sull'emissione degli inquinanti derivanti dalle attività aeroportuali e dalla mobilità terrestre. In particolare, vengono prese in esame le città di Bari e di Brindisi e vengono comparate le emissioni degli inquinanti prima e durante la pandemia; attraverso i dati forniti dalle aziende prese come caso studio, vengono calcolati i costi esterni attribuibili all'inquinamento atmosferico, al cambiamento climatico e all'inquinamento acustico. Nel calcolo fondamentale è l'analisi dei vari d.p.c.m emanati dal governo per limitare la diffusione da Sars -Covid2, che hanno avuto conseguenze sia sul numero di passeggeri transitanti negli aeroporti sia sulla capienza dei mezzi di trasporto pubblico. I risultati vengono poi comparati al fine di analizzare se vi sono state delle effettive riduzioni dei costi esterni attribuibili ai vari tipi di inquinamento da me analizzati.
