The thesis I dealt with talks about the accounting records of the labor factor and everything related to it from the calculation of the Severance Pay to the decision by the employee whether to keep the severance pay in the company or join pension funds. In addition, there are partial layouts of the balance sheet and income statement where the items relating to the accounting records relating to the labor factor will be placed.

La tesi da me trattata parla delle scritture contabili del fattore lavoro e di tutto ciò che ne concerne dal calcolo del Trattamento di Fine Rapporto alla decisione da parte del dipendente se mantenere il TFR in azienda o aderire ai fondi pensione. Inoltre vi sono schemi parziali dello Stato Patrimoniale e del conto economico dove andranno ad essere collocate le voci relative alle scritture contabili relative al fattore lavoro.
