DONAZIONE D’ORGANI: LE OPINIONI E LE CONOSCENZE DEGLI STUDENTI DEL CORSO DI LAUREA IN INFERMIERISTICA E UN PROGETTO FORMATIVO

The knowledge of health professionals can influence organ donation rates, the importance of adequate knowledge on the part of students could improve the opinions they have about donation. The aim of this thesis was to investigate the opinions and knowledge of the students of the UNIVPM nursing degree course and subsequently develop an educational project based on the students' educational needs and place it in the context of the health promotion workshop. A validated questionnaire was used for the survey. Whereas within the training project, various methodologies were used according to the training objective to be achieved. What we expect after the implementation of this project is an improvement in the knowledge and opinions of the participating students.

Le conoscenze degli operatori sanitari possono influenzare i tassi di donazione d’organi, l’importanza di una adeguata conoscenza da parte degli studenti potrebbe migliorare le opinioni che essi hanno riguardo alla donazione. L’obiettivo di questa tesi è stato quello di indagare le opinioni e le conoscenze degli studenti del corso di laurea in infermieristica dell’UNIVPM e successivamente elaborare un progetto formativo sulla base dei bisogni formativi degli studenti, inserendolo nel contesto del laboratorio dedicato alla promozione della salute. E' stato utilizzato un questionario validato per l’indagine conoscitiva. Mentre all’interno del progetto formativo è stato previsto l’utilizzo di varie metodologie in base all’obiettivo formativo da raggiungere. Quello che ci aspettiamo dopo l’applicazione di tale progetto è un miglioramento delle conoscenze e delle opinioni degli studenti che parteciperanno.
