In 2005, W. Chan Kim and Renée Mauborgne formulated the Blue Ocean strategy, an approach based on innovation, through the exploration of uncontested territories and the creation of new market spaces. The following thesis, after explaining the classic approach to the strategy and the Blue Ocean Strategy, aims to analyze the context of Marche region with the objective to characterize which sectors can be defined Blue Ocean. For the purposes of the analysis, a dataset of 73260 local companies was built, consisting of economic and financial data, with reference to the period 2011 - 2020.
Nel 2005 W. Chan Kim e Renée Mauborgne formulano la strategia Blue Ocean, un approccio strategico basato sull’innovazione, attraverso l’esplorazione di territori incontestati e la creazione di nuovi spazi di mercato. Il seguente elaborato dopo aver illustrato l’approccio classico alla strategia e la strategia Oceano Blu, si propone di analizzare il contesto marchigiano con l’obiettivo di individuare quali settori possono essere definiti Blue Ocean. Ai fini dell’analisi è stato costruito un dataset di 73260 aziende del territorio, composto da dati economici e finanziari, con riferimento al periodo 2011 - 2020.
