The aim of the following thesis work is to analyze how Activity Based Management can be used to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of healthcare processes, increasing patient satisfaction, reducing costs and improving the quality of patient care.
Lo scopo del seguente lavoro di tesi è quello di analizzare come l'Attività Based Management possa essere utilizzato per migliorare l'efficienza e f'efficacia dei processi sanitari, aumentando la soddisfazione del paziente, riducendo i costi e migliorando la qualità dell'assistenza del paziente.
