In the current financial environment, the evolution of the investment landscape has been greatly influenced by the proliferation of alternative investment vehicles such as Private Equity, Venture Capital and Equity Crowdfunding. These tools, once considered accessible only to institutional investors and industry experts, are gaining more and more fame, redefining the modus operandi of companies in terms of growth, innovation and success. The writing of this thesis was inspired by this transformation of the financial landscape.
Nel contesto finanziario attuale, l'evoluzione del panorama degli investimenti è stata notevolmente influenzata dalla proliferazione di veicoli di investimento alternativi quali Private Equity, Venture Capital ed Equity Crowdfunding. Questi strumenti, una volta considerati accessibili solo agli investitori istituzionali e agli esperti del settore, stanno guadagnando sempre più notorietà, ridefinendo il modus operandi delle imprese in termini di crescita, innovazione e successo. La scrittura di questa tesi è stata ispirata da tale trasformazione del panorama finanziario.
