PROGETTO FORMATIVO: SVILUPPO DI CONOSCENZE SUL MONDO DEL LAVORO

Introduction: University could be seen as an instrument for social and human growth, to develop the cultural dimension of the person. For the Nurse, the approach to the world of work is instantaneous once the qualifyng degree has been obtained: he should be a fully culturally trained professional, including on legal and contractual aspects regarding his role. Objectives: evaluate nurses' knowledge of the world of work six months after graduation, at Univpm, and once they have started working. From the feedback it was possible to develop a lesson to be given to students in Nursing, attending third year of the Course of Studies, which dealt with contractual and legal issues of interest to the Nurse. Materials and methods: a prospective experimental study was performed, based on a first part of a retrospective observational study. The sampling was for convenience, involving the sample of Nursing students enrolled in the third year of the three-year degree course, academic year 2023/2024. The sample was given a lesson, with contractual and legal issues, entitled "The world of work". To choose the specific topics to cover, we relied on the feedback from the sample of nurses who graduated in the academic year 2021/2022 in Univpm. In the moment before and after the lesson, a questionnaire was given to the sample, which assessed the preliminary and subsequent knowledge with respect to the lesson, and with which the effectiveness of the intervention in the classroom was evaluated. Results: the majority of the Nurses interviewed were already working six months after graduation, gaps emerged from them were in terms of knowledge of the National Collective Labor Agreement, and aspects contained therein, and in terms of issues relating to criminal and civil professional insurance. Conclusions: It would be appropriate to include in the Study Plan of the Nursing Course, with a re-evaluation and modification of the same, a specific, in-depth and pragmatic discussion on Negotiation and the Legal aspect of Nursing to guarantee stable training on these issues, in the classroom, allowing a complete cultural background, to generate aware Professionals. Introduzione: l’Università può essere interpretata come strumento di crescita sociale ed umana per lo sviluppo della dimensione culturale della persona. Per l’Infermiere l’approccio al Mondo del Lavoro è istantaneo una volta conseguito il titolo di Laurea abilitante: dovrebbe essere un Professionista formato in toto culturalmente, anche su aspetti legali e contrattuali riguardanti la propria figura. Obiettivi: valutare le conoscenze relative al Mondo del Lavoro degli Infermieri a sei mesi dalla Laurea, in Univpm, e una volta che abbiano incominciato a lavorare. Dal riscontro si è potuta elaborare una lezione da erogare agli studenti in Infermieristica, terzo anno del Corso di Studi, che trattasse tematiche contrattuali e legali di interesse del Professionista Infermiere. Materiali e metodi: è stato eseguito uno studio sperimentale prospettico, sulla base di una prima parte di studio osservazionale retrospettiva. Il campionamento è stato per convenienza, coinvolgendo il campione di studenti in Infermieristica iscritti al terzo anno del Corso di Laurea triennale, a.a. 2023/2024. Al campione è stata erogata una lezione, con tematiche contrattuali e legali, dal titolo Il mondo del lavoro. Per la scelta delle tematiche specifiche da trattare ci si è affidati al riscontro del campione di Infermieri laureati nell’a.a. 2021/2022 in Univpm. Nel momento precedente e successivo rispetto alla lezione è stato erogato un questionario al campione, che valutasse le conoscenze preliminari e quelle successive rispetto alla lezione, e con il quale è stata valutata l’efficacia dell’intervento in aula. Risultati: la maggior parte degli Infermieri intervistati già lavorava a sei mesi dalla Laurea, da loro sono emerse lacune sia per quanto riguarda una conoscenza del Contratto Collettivo Nazionale del Lavoro, che aspetti contenuti in esso, sia per tematiche relative all’ assicurazione professionale penale e civile. Conclusioni: Sarebbe opportuno inserire nel Piano di Studio del CdS in Infermieristica, con una rivalutazione e modifica dello stesso, una trattazione specifica, approfondita, e pragmatica sulla Contrattazione e sull’aspetto Legale Infermieristici per garantire una formazione stabile su queste tematiche, in aula, permettendo un bagaglio culturale completo, per generare dei Professionisti consapevoli.
