L'impatto della raccolta differenziata sull'economia delle società di raccolta e gestione dei rifiuti delle Marche

The study seeks to understand if and how the rules on the increase in recycling have impacted the economy and management activity, and therefore also on the performance, of the urban waste collection and treatment companies of the Marche region. Answers will be sought for unknowns such as: the difference in profitability of companies between before and after the introduction of the rules on recycling; whether the growing trend of the percentage of recycling in recent years has been matched by an identical trend in profitability ratios; which the balance sheet items are that have undergone the most important changes over time and why; how the managements, more or less efficient, have fallen on the TARI paid by citizens.

Lo studio vuole cercare di capire se e come le norme sull’aumento della raccolta differenziata abbiano impattato sull’economia e sull’attività gestionale, e quindi anche sulle performance, delle società di raccolta e trattamento dei rifiuti urbani delle Marche. Per rispondere a ciò, si cercheranno risposte a incognite come: la differenza di redditività delle imprese tra il prima e il dopo l’introduzione delle norme sulla raccolta differenziata; se all’andamento crescente della percentuale di raccolta differenziata negli ultimi anni è corrisposta una identica tendenza degli indici di redditività; quali sono le voci di bilancio che hanno subito le variazioni più importanti nel tempo e il motivo di queste; come le gestioni, più o meno efficienti, sono ricadute sulla TARI pagata dai cittadini.
