Introduction Healthcare professionals work in environments characterized by high levels of work related stress and limited opportunities for psychophysical recovery. Caring Massage®, an intervention based on intentional touch, has shown effectiveness in promoting well being and emotional regulation. This study describes the design of a Caring Massage® clinic dedicated to healthcare workers at the Macerata Hospital, adapting a model already validated in another setting. Objectives To develop a sustainable and replicable operational model by defining the setting, organizational processes, professional resources, and a monitoring system to evaluate its effectiveness and impact. Materials and Methods The design process included a review of available spaces, involvement of trained facilitators, adaptation of the Grosseto protocol, identification of the optimal time slot, planning of an educational awareness day, and selection of process, outcome, and impact indicators based on the scientific literature. Results A “ready to implement” model was developed, fully integrable into existing work shifts without additional costs. Suitable settings, available professional resources, and a monitoring system combining validated tools (VAS, PSS 10) with organizational indicators (attendance, continuity, access requests, sick leave) were identified. Discussion The model addresses the needs of healthcare staff and aligns with strategies for preventing psychosocial risks. Organizational and economic sustainability represent key strengths. Critical issues include the limited number of certified facilitators and the need to strengthen the culture of Caring through targeted training initiatives. Conclusions The project is realistic, sustainable, and replicable. Its implementation may contribute to improving staff well being and promoting a culture of mutual care, providing the organization with a tool that is immediately actionable and evaluable over time.
