The present study describes the process of revision, implementation, and evaluation of the multiprofessional information project “Crescere Insieme, Insieme si Cresce”, aimed at parents of children aged 0-18 months and developed within the services of the AST Pesaro Urbino. The project, carried out within a "Gruppo di Miglioramento Aziendale" according to the Plan-Do-Check-Act model, originated from the critical issues identified during the evaluation of the first version and focused on content reorganization and improved linguistic accessibility. The material was divided into five thematic audiovisual units, and a full version with English subtitles was made available. The target population was also redefined as parents of children aged 0-18 months, in line with the actual content provided. The revised version was disseminated through a multichannel strategy across the services of the AST Pesaro Urbino. During the observation period, from 27 November 2025 to 9 September 2026, the materials received a total of 1.248 views and 97 satisfaction questionnaires were collected; 90,7% of respondents rated the project within the two highest levels of the perceived usefulness scale. The findings document the use of the materials and a favorable response among users who took part in the evaluation, while also identifying further opportunities for improvement. They also highlight the need to maintain active dissemination strategies over time and to continue the process of updating and evaluating the project.
