Attacks against health workers are a social scourge that affects about 5,000 nurses in our country every year; during their working life, 89.6% of the nursing staff who work for the National Health Service have suffered verbal, physical or sexual harassment at least once. Bringing attention to this topic within the Nursing student's educational path has been the intent that led to the conception, design, implementation and integration of a relational teaching workshop on the approach to the agitated or aggressive patient and use of the De-escalation. The lesson was supplemented by the viewing of explanatory videos and role-playing sessions. The workshop has been proposed to 51 students of the 2nd year of the Degree in Nursing, 27 of whom attended the classroom lesson and, due to the suspension of the teaching activity for the emergency related to COVID-19, 24 via online platform; Some changes were necessary for the transition from in-person teaching to online. At the beginning and at the end of each session a questionnaire was administered and the results were analyzed using the Student's t-test, comparing the averages between the exact answers from the pre-test and those from the post-test. Based on the results obtained, we can affirm that both types of workshops have achieved a very positive result; in addition, a statistically significant difference between the classroom and the online one has been found, decreeing the former as better than the latter.

Abstract
Attacks against health workers are a social scourge that affects about 5,000 nurses in our country every year; during their working life, 89.6% of the nursing staff who work for the National Health Service have suffered verbal, physical or sexual harassment at least once. Bringing attention to this topic within the Nursing student's educational path has been the intent that led to the conception, design, implementation and integration of a relational teaching workshop on the approach to the agitated or aggressive patient and use of the De-escalation.
