L'organizzazione aziendale della sicurezza sul lavoro: il caso Magazzini Gabrielli

The thesis in question has as its objective the analysis of the organizational methods followed by the companies to ensure safety at work for all workers starting from the illustration of the relevant national legislation and then focus on the figures, roles and responsibilities present in the company for to guarantee optimal health and safety conditions. A business case, represented by the Magazzini Gabrielli Spa company, will be analyzed to understand how concretely a company organizes its activities with respect to safety at work.

La tesi in oggetto ha come obiettivo l’analisi delle modalità organizzative seguite dalle aziende per garantire la sicurezza sul lavoro a tutti i lavoratori operanti partendo dall’illustrazione della normativa nazionale inerente per poi concentrarsi sulle figure , i ruoli e le responsabilità presenti in azienda per garantire le condizioni ottimali di sicurezza e salute. Verrà analizzato un caso aziendale, rappresentato dall’azienda Magazzini Gabrielli Spa, per comprendere come concretamente un’azienda organizza le sue attività nel rispetto della sicurezza sul lavoro.
