The following thesis was based on the internship activity carried out in the laboratory, which had as its objective the monitoring of a machine tool, such as a column drill, in different working conditions through the use of sensors already applied previously to the machine. The acquisition of these data will turn into an analysis of the tests performed, from which various reflections will be proposed by comparing the same tests. The purpose of the thesis, therefore, is to analyze the behavior of the machine operating in unsafe conditions, for which we mean those situations in which the machine tool has not been correctly set or prepared by the operator. These situations will be compared with the test carried out under normal working conditions, in order to understand how long the operator can work safely when the machine tool is working in abnormal conditions. The tests consist of a series of drilling tests carried out on a 6000 series flat aluminum bar, 10 millimeters thick. The data, collected thanks to the implementation of a control system consisting of several sensors, were then inserted into the Microsoft Excel calculation software to obtain graphs on the progress of the tests in order to make it possible to immediately read the same data for a comparison.

Abstract
The data, collected thanks to the implementation of a control system consisting of several sensors, were then inserted into the Microsoft Excel calculation software to obtain graphs on the progress of the tests in order to make it possible to immediately read the same data for a comparison.File | Dimensione | Formato | |
