The emergence of the Twin Transition is a major phenomenon in the current business environment. Companies are facing increasing pressure to adopt more sustainable practices and integrate digital technologies in order to remain competitive and meet environmental challenges. This thesis aims to analyse the Twin Transition phenomenon in depth through a qualitative analysis focused on the study of a company operating in the personal and home care sector. The methodological approach employs interviews conducted with managers and suppliers of the company examined. The interviews are aimed at investigating how digital and sustainable transitions are implemented within the company, assessing the current situation and outlining perspectives for the future. The results highlight how the company is leading the ongoing transformation through initiatives aimed at enhancing the organisation's overall technological level while at the same time considering environmental and sustainable impacts. In particular, by collaborating with cutting-edge suppliers who share the same principles, the company is able to consolidate its position in the Twin Transition. Furthermore, the research shows the difficulties the company faced during this transition process, offering recommendations for other companies engaged in similar challenges. However, it is important to recognise the limitations of the case study, which could be further explored through future research, perhaps by extending the analysis sample and integrating a quantitative approach in parallel with the qualitative one. This thesis is therefore a significant contribution to the study of the Twin Transition, offering in-depth insight and concrete perspectives for the changing corporate world.

Abstract
This thesis is therefore a significant contribution to the study of the Twin Transition, offering in-depth insight and concrete perspectives for the changing corporate world.File | Dimensione | Formato | |
