This paper analyzes the strategic role of corporate training with a particular focus on Sales Training and Corporate Universities. The first chapter explores the importance of sales training in the global context, highlighting the impact of emerging technologies such as machine learning and artificial intelligence. We also examine the transition from learning organizations to Corporate Universities, a symbol of more structured and strategic training management. The second chapter is dedicated to Corporate Universities, retracing their historical development, definitions and motivations for their creation. The design and implementation phases are analyzed, highlighting their applications in Europe and Italy. The third chapter presents concrete case studies that demonstrate how Corporate Universities have been successfully adopted to meet the training needs of companies. The work concludes with a reflection on the future prospects of corporate training, underlining the potential of innovative technologies in transforming educational practices.
Questo elaborato analizza il ruolo strategico della formazione aziendale con un focus particolare sulla Sales Training e sulle Corporate University. Nel primo capitolo viene esplorata l’importanza della formazione alle vendite nel contesto globale, evidenziando l’impatto delle tecnologie emergenti come il machine learning e l’intelligenza artificiale. Si esamina inoltre la transizione dalle learning organization alle Corporate University, simbolo di una gestione formativa più strutturata e strategica. Il secondo capitolo è dedicato alle Corporate University, ripercorrendone lo sviluppo storico, le definizioni e le motivazioni per la loro creazione. Si analizzano le fasi di progettazione e implementazione, evidenziando le loro applicazioni in Europa e in Italia. Il terzo capitolo presenta un caso studio concreto che dimostrano come le Corporate University siano state adottate con successo per rispondere alle esigenze formative delle aziende. Il lavoro si conclude con una riflessione sulle prospettive future della formazione aziendale, sottolineando il potenziale delle tecnologie innovative nel trasformare le pratiche educative.
