This thesis explores the evolution of the gaming industry, now one of the leading sectors in global entertainment. It focuses on the key role of marketing through digital strategies, brand collaborations, and community engagement. Alongside emerging opportunities, the study highlights critical issues such as lack of transparency in microtransactions and the protection of minors. The work concludes with an interview with a Marketing Director in the sector, offering direct insight into the market.
La tesi analizza l’evoluzione dell’industria del gaming, oggi tra i principali settori dell’intrattenimento globale. Viene approfondito il ruolo centrale del marketing, tra strategie digitali, collaborazioni con brand e coinvolgimento delle community. Accanto alle opportunità emergono criticità come la scarsa trasparenza delle microtransazioni e la tutela dei minori. Il lavoro si conclude con un’intervista a un Direttore Marketing del settore, che offre uno sguardo diretto sul mercato.
